Squid Ink Tyre-Guard is our extremely hydrophobic, SiO2 infused tyre dressing and sealant that repels water, dirt, and road grime.
The solvent-based gel bonds to the tyre wall, keeping tyres looking fresh for longer while making them easier to maintain.
Tyre-Guard contains a high-performance SiO2 dispersion and premium silicones, designed for long-lasting protection and superior water-repelling capabilities. Developed entirely in-house by Squid Ink Detailing Ltd., it delivers professional-grade results in a convenient 250ml bottle.

🧴 Directions:
- Shake well before use.
- Clean and scrub tyre wall using APC or Citrus, then rinse and dry.
- Apply Tyre-Guard with a microfibre applicator or tyre crescent.
- Allow to cure for 10–15 minutes. For enhanced durability, apply a second coat.
- Air drying leaves a glossier finish.
- Top up during maintenance washes with Satyre to keep tyres darkened.

I'm not a big fan of tyre dressings and don't like them too greasy as they tend to flick all over white paintwork ! This stuff is great, goes on very easily and leaves a "just right" finish. Very impressed.
Easy to work with using an applicator pad and left a nice finish. Can’t comment on it longevity yet as only been on a week and the car hasn’t been moved since.
Not a fan of tyre dressings, but liked the idea of the protection this stuff offered, cleaned the tyres with citrus, dried off then applied with a brush and it covered easy, dried to a nice satin finish and isn't all greasy. Highly recommended.
